Why Matt

Skip the repair shop

Unplugging everything, driving across town, and waiting days to get your computer back doesn’t work when you need it fixed today. Matt comes to your home or office, finds the problem where it happens, and fixes it on the spot. Then he explains what went wrong in plain English, without the tech jargon.

  • We come to you

Nothing to unplug or carry. Matt brings the tools.

  • One person, start to finish

No call center, no ticket queue, no handoffs.

  • Plain-English answers

You’ll understand what went wrong and how to avoid it.

How a visit works

Four steps, usually one visit

  1. A phone on a hallway table beside a bowl of keys and a plant1

    Book online or call

Tell Matt what’s going on. Photos of error messages help.

  2. The front door of a single-story home with a potted plant2

    Matt comes to you

Often the same day, any day of the week from 9 AM to 8 PM.

  3. A laptop on a dining table with a small tool pouch beside it3

He fixes it and explains it

Most problems are solved in one visit, in plain English.

  4. A phone with a green call screen lying beside an open laptop on a home desk by a window4

    Follow-up help

If something comes up afterward, Matt is a phone call away.
